Delivery & Returns Policy


Please note that during busy periods & adverse weather conditions (i.e. snow) delivery times may be affected. We send all our product out using 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For.                                        

Delivery to addresses within the UK costs: £5.39 for a small parcel up to 2kg and we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

Although we stock most products, there are some occasions where we may need to order your purchase directly from our suppliers. We’ll keep you updated with the progress of your order and will contact you immediately by email to let you know if we are unable to deliver within the 5-7 days time frame.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no one is available to receive a Royal Mail Signed For Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot. You will need to take proof of address/identity to the depot with you.

Please note that all delivery timescales are estimates and done on a best endeavours basis. The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is despatched. We are unable to offer any refunds for orders which do not arrive within their estimated timeframe.

Late or Lost Orders

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Salsa Silver Jewellery take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch  this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered

This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail website by filling in a signature request form.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. At Salsa Silver Jewellery we hope that you love your purchase but should you wish to return it please be aware we can only help you if you are within 14 days from date of purchase. We are unable to offer you a refund but can offer an exchange or a credit note (instore purchase only) We do not take responsibility for broken clasps on bracelets or necklaces and in the interest of hygiene and your own protection, we can not except returns on earrings.

How do I request an exchange or refund if my order is faulty?

Please note refunds will only be offered if the product has a manufacturing fault, we will first send the item to a testing centre to ascertain the fault before the refund process begins, please allow 14-30 days for testing.

You may exchange your purchase within 14 days of the items arriving (earrings are excluded from this for health and hygiene reasons). Please note all items must be unworn with original packaging in order to receive an exchange and a copy of the original receipt. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible

We will send the first exchange from our warehouse for free. For any subsequent exchanges, we will ask you to pay the cost of delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.

We do fully advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.To request to return your item please email or telephone 01606 889512 to obtain a returns reference number within 7 days of delivery. Please let us know the reasons for return.

Please note:
Salsa Silver Jewellery does not accept returns of any items that have been worn and have no reciept We also can not accept broken clasps on necklaces or bracelets. Please see the terms and conditions below. We offer two options for returning your purchase to us.

• Return by Post Items can be returned direct to Salsa Silver Jewellery within 14 days for an exchange.

Within the package make sure you have relevant documentation for the returns process (original receipt and return reference number)

Please note: We do not offer a free returns policy. The customer is required to pay return postage charges.

Insurance for returning items is highly recommended as the customer is fully responsible for the item until it reaches Salsa Silver Jewellery. For your benefit and security, in the event of a postal return we recommend that you send the goods back to Salsa Silver Jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
We will endeavour to process your exchange as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receipt of notification. Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact Salsa Silver Jewellery by call or email.

• How to return faulty goods (Online)

In order to return faulty item(s) you must obtain a Returns reference number by emailing us at and follow the definitive returns process as specified above.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the item(s) are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within 14 days after the fault as been ascertained by our jeweller .
All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any damage regarded as normal wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Where possible items may be repaired on request, but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. It may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service which will be quoted in advance before any work carried out, this will also cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.

Conditions: When returning items to Salsa Silver Jewellery, the item(s) must be in perfect condition with original packaging and accompanied with a copy of the original receipt.
If the return surpasses the time frame provided, it will be at the discretion of Salsa Silver Jewellery to allow an exchange or credit note for the piece of jewellery to the same value.

• Receiving your refund

Refunds to you will be made to the original payment method once it has been processed at the warehouse. Please be aware this can take 7-14 days after the order arriving and deemed faulty. You will be notified once a refund has been made. The refund will be in the same form as original payment.We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

Alternatively, you can request a credit note that can be used against future purchase at or in store.

• Gift Returns

If you have received an item from Salsa Silver Jewellery as a gift you can return it for an exchange or a credit note within the parameters outlined in this Returns Policy. Please call us or email to arrange this.
